Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of novalstudios.com (the "Site"), operated by Noval Studios LLC ("Noval," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

I.Who we are

Noval Studios LLC is an AI strategy and development firm operating remotely across the United States. Contact: caleb@novalstudios.com.

II.About the Site

This Site is an informational and marketing site about Noval's services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Custom engagement work is governed by a separate written agreement — but purchases of The AI Roadmap and our other paid digital products are governed by Section X below, which forms the agreement for those purchases.

III.Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content in a way that burdens or harms the Site.
• Copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the Site or its underlying code except as allowed by law.

IV.Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, layout, logos, and the "Noval" name — are owned by Noval Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Viewing the Site does not give you any license to use, reproduce, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted here.

V.No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

VI.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noval Studios LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to USD $100.

VII.Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following those links is at your own risk.

VIII.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noval Studios LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

IX.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

X.The AI Roadmap & paid digital products

This section is the agreement for purchases of The AI Roadmap, Roadmap + Strategy Call, the Living Roadmap subscription, and any other digital product we sell on this Site. By submitting an intake and paying, you agree to it.

What you're buying

A personalized digital advisory document (your roadmap), delivered in your private client portal with a printable copy you can save as PDF. It is informational business guidance — not legal, tax, accounting, or licensed-insurance advice, and not a guarantee of business results. Decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours.

Purchase & delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe through secure checkout shown after your intake is saved. Submitting the intake does not charge you; payment happens only when you complete Stripe checkout. Your 72-hour delivery clock (calendar hours) starts when your payment is confirmed. If we miss the window, tell us: we'll finish it promptly, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

The guarantee

If your roadmap doesn't name at least 5 moves specific enough to start Monday morning, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund every dollar — both tiers, including Roadmap + Strategy Call, even if the call has already happened. We judge guarantee claims in good faith and lean toward the customer. If we refund you, your license to the roadmap ends and we may take your private page and portal offline.

What's included — and not

Included: your personalized roadmap; one round of clarification after delivery; email answers to questions about what your plays mean and how to evaluate vendors. The $750 tier adds a 45-minute working session and 30 days of email questions. Not included: implementation of any play, custom software, vendor setup or configuration done for you, additional revision rounds, or ongoing consulting — those are separate, always quoted in writing first (the portal's "Do this for me" button starts that conversation; nothing is ever charged without a quote you accept).

Your license

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your roadmap and PDF inside your own business, including sharing it with your team. Noval keeps ownership of the underlying templates, methods, and play library. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the deliverable outside your business.

The portal and the AI assistant

The private client portal is included with your purchase. The optional Noval Guide is available when AI replies are enabled and capacity permits; human questions can be sent through Message Noval. The Guide is an AI assistant: it works from your roadmap, but like any AI it can be imperfect — verify anything consequential, and treat regulated judgment calls (legal, tax, insurance) as questions for licensed humans. We may apply fair-use limits and can't promise uninterrupted availability. Conversations are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

Living Roadmap subscription

When available, Living Roadmap is $95 billed monthly or $950 billed yearly, renewing automatically until you cancel. Full renewal terms, the first charge date, and a self-serve cancellation link are presented before you're billed, and cancelling takes effect at the next renewal date. It opens only after your roadmap is delivered; nothing subscription-related is ever charged from the intake.

Your inputs

You confirm you have the right to share what you submit in the intake and portal, and agree not to submit other people's personal information beyond what's genuinely needed for your plan.

Liability for purchases

For any paid product, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for it (this replaces the general $100 Site cap in Section VI for purchases). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

XI.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don't retroactively alter the terms of a purchase you've already made.
