Does the Roadmap install a receptionist or automate our quotes?
The Roadmap is a plan with usable starting material. Your team still approves prices, scope, scheduling, and customer commitments. Software, setup, and integrations are separate: your team can use the plan, or you can request an implementation quote.
What should we share in the intake?
Describe your services, team, workflow, tools, and budget. Share the process, not customer records. Do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential customer files. Any later implementation needs its own approved scope and data handling review.
What support comes with the plan?
Every Roadmap includes one clarification round after delivery and email answers about your plan and vendor questions. The optional $750 tier adds a 45-minute working session and 30 days of email questions after delivery. The AI Guide, when enabled, has availability and usage limits.
Can we keep the plan current?
Living Roadmap is an optional, separate subscription after delivery: $95 monthly or $950 yearly, auto-renewing, with quarterly plan refreshes and a monthly brief. Cancel any time, effective at the next renewal. Your purchased base plan and published history remain accessible independently.
